We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To start a return, log in to your account and go to your Orders.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-returnable items The following items cannot be returned:

• Sale or discounted items
• Opened skincare or beauty products for hygiene reasons

Return shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Damaged or incorrect items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
